A credit card will be taken to reserve selected scheduled services. We have reserved time especially for you; therefore, a 24 hour cancellation is required. Due to our intimate environment, children are welcome only if they have an appointment for services.

Gift certificates are sold for any service or dollar amount and may only be redeemed for services or products. No cash or charge refunds will be given.

All services in Secreto Salon are 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your service, please notify us within two weeks of your visit and we'll gladly re-perform the service to your satisfaction.

BEFORE YOU COME

We recommend you to arrive 15 to 30 minutes in advance to ensure a relaxing experience, fill out any necessary personal information, and to change into appropriate clothing. Arriving late for an appointment may require us to shorten the length of your service or reschedule your appointment.
